Pre Season Ticket Download

Hiya, me & my son have bought tickets for the 2 Pre Season games, which we have digital tickets for. So far, we have been unable to add them to our Google pay, and when we try to download them for entry, it says missing document layout!! What are we doing wrong? Is it just too soon to download them?!Thank you

I initially had same problem but download ticket function doesn't work. I used the SMS text option which sends an SMS text which sends the link to your phone. When you get the text click on the link and it lets you add it to your wallet. Hope this helps

Hiya, thanks for your reply, I followed your instructions, but unfortunately it's still not letting me add them to my Google pay. Back to the drawing board haha

Have you deleted any old tickets?

having the same issue myself, what did you do to fix the issue ?

My wallet flashes open and then nothing happens... No ticket????
