Help needed

iv come across a picture postcard size of elizabeth r and king george r.i.Written on the back is a message that reads.With our best wishes for christmas 1939 may god bless you and protect you.And its signed by the both of them.what i need to know is if the writing is printed or hand written does anyone know how or where to take it to find out .thanks in advance.oww and if it is hand written is it worth any thing
