A forum for all things Cardiff City

Cardiff City Central defender Ollie Denham aged 21 has joined Scottish Championship ( Not Premier ) side Dundee United on loan for the 2023/24 season.
The 21-year-old has made five competitive matches for the Bluebirds in his two years with the club.
We'd like to wish Ollie all the very best while away from Cardiff City Stadium.

Good move at his age and he should learn a lot up there.
Hopefully comes back to us improved and a better player.

This is higher standard than the Welsh League
It’s like say League 1 / 2 of the EFL.
He will be 22 yrs old when he returns, I still say by this age we should know if these players are c Championship players or not?
Not one player in recent seasons that we release go on to a higher standard than us or I don’t even think they make the Championship.

John McGinn spent two seasons at that level at roughly the same age.
