I found this in another site.
Welsh teams in Europe
TNS gone down 3-1 away to Hacken of Sweden, TNS runaway with Welsh League then fail every season. Tough draw for them considering they were actually the seeded team... still a chance being at home in the 2nd leg, they will fall into the Conference league 2nd round if they lose, if they can turn it around they'll be guaranteed a conference league play off match.
Connahs quay away to KA of Iceland, also seeded and the underdogs but much less of an underdog than TNS according to the bookies.
Haverfordwest away to Shkendija of North Macedonia, this will likely be a bloodbath.
Penybont are favourites at home to Santa Coloma of Andorra, playing in Bridgend tonight. Anybody planning on going to the game?
Hopefully at least 2 of the 4 Welsh teams can turn it around otherwise could be losing their 4th european spot. With the new rules for the Champions league if TNS (or anybody else) could just win their 1st round they would get a huge injection of money compared to what they are used to.

A complete farce! Once again these clubs from the Welsh Dog & Duck League head for a prelimenary round exit in Europe. And this is the best of a really mediocre bunch of cooks, cleaners and candle-stick makers
Cardiff City etc should be representing Wales

I might pop along and see how Penybont get on as my son used to play for them in kids football, and it's only around the corner...

Best of luck to them, be great to see a Welsh club qualify for the group stages. The income that generates would make a huge difference for them.
Not sure why Forever Blue is so dismissive of the welsh league / teams. It's our national league and we should respect them even if we don't support them. Anyway, what have we (CCFC) done to deserve a European spot in recent seasons (decades) - stop talking nonsense

Tns ahould not even be in the league
There based in England and all the fuss when the welsh fa where trying to stop welsh teams playing in the english leagues newtown bangor caernarvon rhyl colwyn bay
Tns are a buisness not a footy club as such
no clubhouse the ground is the backside of a sport stadium outside catering and england flags everywhere and supposed to be representing the best the welsh can offer what a joke they have been miles ahead of the opposition in the league as they have been pro for years in an amateur league but have won millions in european games over 20 years and have never ploughed it back into stadium club etc.

Seems like they finally are. Saw a Sgorio clip on Twitter the other day, and they’re currently building a new stand. The development at Colwyn Bay looks fairly decent too.
Here’s hoping the teams tonight are more successful. Think I’m right in saying they get circa £200k just for qualifying?

They have to build a new stand to bring the sports pitch and ground to probably play tbete games there when plsying european teams
Tns have played at newtown wrexham etc because there ground is not upto scratch but there is no club atmosphere at tns.

Spot on, I guess it’s some sort of step in the right direction mind

A step in the right direction would be a few miles west they would then be in wales rather than ingerlund.

You sound like alot of english fans when the City are doing well, especially when we were in the Prem.Plenty did not want us there purely because we are Welsh.

I have always wondered about them playing in England, do they have to get international clearance if they sign a player from the welsh league, like we have to do when we sign a English player from the English league
