It’s my 1st season ticket, never been in a position to get one before because of work/family/money issues.

My only worry is for some reason they don't show in my wallet yet just showing my bank card, will the display closer to season start?

Your old season ticket plastic card from last year will still work - I e mailed the ticket office yesterday and they confirmed in writing.

They fixed mine this morning, had a new link via email from tickcets@cardiffcity.co.uk,
i have now added the card to my wallet

Hopefully they’ll get to my email soon then lol

All sorted, ended up phoning the ticket office this morning, they cancelled the link and tickets and re-issued new tickets and links for both myself and my daughter.

Roll on the new season, can’t wait to get back down CCS
