It's absolutely pointless having an academy. All our best youngsters get poached. Years of hard work, coaching and development down the drain for a paltry couple of hundred thousand compensation fee.

We need to invest everything into the first team to get us back into the Premier League, then we can concentrate on the academy when we are at a high enough standing not to have our youngsters poached like this.
