Poll " Would you be pleased if Kieffer Moore returned? "

Mon Jul 24, 2023 3:20 pm

There are suggestions that Kieffer Moore could be returning to Cardiff City on loan from Bournemouth.

Would you be pleased if he returned?

I voted YES. I know people weren't happy with the way he left but he is a proven goalscorer at this level and would score plenty of goals in this team.

Yes without a doubt.

Moore was sold to Wolves behind his back And Choo refused that they wanted to pay £7mill over 3 years and demanded it all upfront for Tan.

Wolves said No , Moore from them on was not the sane knowing we wanted to sell him and so rightly wanted to leave.

Moore has vowed to tell his side one day and you will hear this and much more.

Moore was dumped on by Cardiff City FC. If he let his standards drop then maybe he was upset by this - not feeling wanted etc.
Personally I think it was the team and managers tactics that let him down.
He would be a great signing and provide a big boost (if not bigger than Ramsey).
What a target man for O'Dowda to aim for and for Ramsey to play off.

Go get him NOW

Moore, Grant, Robinson, Ramsey, O'Dowda, Meite....I will be gobsmacked if those lot can't substantially increase our pitiful goals tally of last season, so it's a yes from me.

100% yes proven goalscorer in the championship one he'll of a target man everything is in the past when he puts on that shirt and gives us his all and scores

If he can score…

Since, he can’t score to save his life. Only tall striker who can’t head the ball!

He was as asset, assets get sold.
Also, if he has so much beef with us why would he come back Annis?
Plus, I believe it's the case that he hasn't completed one full contract term.

Why would he want to return if upper management was acting behind his back? I wouldn't return to a company if management messed me around

I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

Scored 8 goals in the prem last year through mostly sub appearances.

He would make a massive difference and for me would add around 15-20 goals to our team.

Probs makes the difference between mid table and top 6 so it's a no brainer for me

So are you saying we should now sell Ramsey?
He is one of the few assets we have, and as you say, assets get sold.

Fecking lost me here!!

Jules,

I never said Moore would come back?

Plus it’s not Tan running the show anymore it’s Dalmans show and we know how convincing he can be.

Yes 100%

It's a massive YES from me.

I don't care why he left, if he wants to come back he'd get a huge welcome from me.

Proven goalscorer in the championship, more than capable of getting 20 goals this season at city with our attacking options around him. Just hope this gets done :bluescarf:

City have always touted their players to get money. That's why Moore wanted out. He was being sold behind his back.No wonder he gave up trying.

Re: Poll " Would you be pleased if Kieffer Moore returned? "

YES with open arms - we would then have a good squad of forwards.

Bring him back to Cardiff, should never of left in the first place.

Absolute dead cert goals at this level. I can't stand how perfect his hair is at the end of a game and how he pulls out of tackles etc... but he'd get goals.

Do we need another striker, though??

Why would he cone here , he'd probably join the Jacks to piss us off.

I personally think he is vastly over rated .

I think 'dumped' is a misleading word but you are welcome to your opinion...

Annis is right about the Wolves thing but the decision to let Moore go was a purely financial one (we all know what's happened at our club since) but Keiffer should have been way more professional and done his job to the best of his ability, which he 100% did not...

A resounding NO from me and if he had any moral compass, Keiffer Moore should turn down a return to a club he feels treated him so shabbily. It's a shame but how I see it...

Chris, if they still owe us money from the transfer it may well happen.

People on the forum overwhelmingly want KM back - its no surprise to me. Business is business in football. Proven goalscorers are a rare commodity at this level.

Absolute no brainer if available.

Wouldn’t cancelling an o/s debt be treated as paying a fee for him?

Annis, I never said you that said he was coming back if you reread it I said WHY would he come back here if there's so much bad feeling?
I'm still in the Sven camp here and nothing will change my feelings on that i only folk who WANT to wear the shirt.
I will also repeat WHY has he never finished a contract at any club?
Bad influence maybe, poor dressing room attitude? Who knows. But at the time we needed cash so we have to sell.

Yes I would he will probably give us between 15 to 20 goals for the season he could make a huge difference at this level.

100% yes! if he came back scoring goals straight away the haters would soon change their tune, sadly I don’t think he will come back tho.

This will divide supporters no doubt however looking from both sides.

He’d come back with his tail between his legs and be out to prove his worth to us and Bournemouth and knowing him he’d score a few.

If it’s a part of the jigsaw to get us promoted then I for one would support it even if I’m not totally convinced, the club being promoted is the end game and far outweighs what we all feel.

The main thing for me is that even though I like the front players we have I can’t see us getting enough goal’s especially from the current 2 playing in the box. Love or hate him he will certainly score goals and the way Bulut is going to set up could be a real asset.
