We still need a proven striker

I'm looking at our squad for the upcoming season and I still think we are a proven striker short and need backup at centre defence.

If you look at all the bookies they still have us as one of the favourites to go down.

I got us finishing 18th at best at the moment.

I think we can surprise a few people this season feeling positive top half finish for me BLUEBIRDS

Yes we need a proven goalscorer a proper number 9 hopefully one can come in

Feeling quite positive for the season,hopefully a fitter,faster team. Would like a CF CD and keeper to really push on.

A big target man. Someone to lay in behind for the rapid boys, hang around 6 yard box, just be a nuisance. Like Kaba/Moore.

Always thought give Colwill a go at this job. Can't do worse than some of the dross we've had up top lately.

Agree we need a striker but we managed to go up automatically on both occasions by having a side where we didnt have a 20 goal man but a side where everyone chipped in. We have just added Ramsey, Grant and Meitie, have Robinson back fit and will have O Dowda playing forward. Outside the say top 6 that's as good as anyone. Plenty of goals there. 18th at best?

Cant believe anyone is suggesting Colwill as a CF. He cant head a football and is not durable enough.

Just an opinion. I'd say heading is his only weakness for that role. A pretty big one mind you.

He can run, has an attacking brain, excellent finisher, can find a pass, big lad. Worth a go if we can't find anyone. False 9.

I think Bulut is aware we need a goalscorer, as shown by the interest in Moore.

But people need to remember that every club in the league wants a proven goalscorer. It is even more difficult for us because we can't pay clubs any sort of fee.

Moore will be here hopefully.

He looks best playing off left which he said is also his fave position. Moore as number 9 and we will have a great attack to use and change around

i agree with that, but thats if we sign Moore, if we don't i'd play him through the middle, might do well in the role
