Left Everton looking for a club available what's your thoughts fellow bluebirds

really surprised he left Everton, they offered him a new deal, i genuinely think the only Prem club that would even look at him would be everton, so was surprised he turned it down. really don't rate him, no idea what his best role/position is, seems to play box to box for everton, but never really impacted or left an impression for me. probably end up in Scotland which might allow him to stand out
