Bournemouth have also stepped up a bid to lure £12m striker Adams from Southampton - pushing Keifer Moore nearer the exits with Cardiff waiting in the wings to pounce.

Owners splurging millions on players (notwithstanding Premier League TV cash) and let's face it, Cherries are a tin pot League 2 club in reality with a stadium to match (11k capacity?).
Makes me wonder why these owners want to get involved in the first place. They leave, and Bournemouth will be back to their level in no time.

You could say any club in that league would fall down the divisions if their owners walked away. I include the likes of Man City and Chelsea in that.
The only clubs who could survive that easily are Manchester United and Liverpool because they are the true elite clubs in England. Even when they've both struggled in the last 20 years, they've still been seen as elite. The same can't be said about Man City. Everton will never be as big as Liverpool and City will never be big as United, no matter how much money they spend.
Not many if any clubs in the Premier League will make a profit. The majority of clubs have to spend at the very least £50m+ every summer just to stand a chance of surviving. It's getting tougher every year.
Clubs like West Ham and Wolves have spent very little this summer. Unless that changes, they will struggle. Luton will almost certainly get relegated but they've been clever in that they've signed players who will be a high standard when they're back in the Championship in a year.
If we were a Premier League club, even if we were established in that division, and we had the transfer restrictions we've had for the last two windows then we'd have no chance.
