O'DOWDA OR GRANT ON THE WING?

For me collins has to come in at left back and
o'dowda left wing
he showed grant what to do with his brilliant run and cross for our goal
Grant for me was our worse player today and he does not cross a ball he just cuts in where as o' dowda does both with aplomb.

Grant had to do a lot going on the wrong direction today, interesting to see him against lesser opposition. Did well in preseason.

O'dowda does not need weaker opposition to show what he can do on the wing its a no brainer for me he is a natural winger .

Totally agree.

I was surprised at how out of sorts Grant looked today. Assumed someone who has scored 18 in a season would be more confident and forceful. It’ll be good to see him get going.

I was disappointed with grant today, feel he should have tracked ayling before they scored and visibly looked knackered.
Still believe he will come good though, just needs a bit of time

I think against lesser teams, better to have Grant on the left.

A tighter game, I’d have O’Dowda there.

I think Leeds just did their homework on grant and probably Ramsey because both were always dealing with a lot of players. It helped to free cod who they probably figured was less of a threat being further back.

It’s a long season. We have some cracking players now and all will be needed as tactics will influence selection now

Lesser team on Wednesday. Expect to see Collins at lb etete and Robinson up front. Colwill in for Ramsey. Simpson and Benjamin at cbs. Should be enough for Colchester, fingers crossed, been here b4
