Fans were pleased for Ike Ugbo on Sunday, because he had not set the world alight in pre-season and it was difficult to decipher just what he was all about.

But it all came together for the Troyes loanee up at Elland Road — a tough place to impress as will prove to be the case this season no doubt.
His link-up play was really neat for the most part and he looked comfortable with his back to goal, which he hadn't for much of the summer.
He showed his composure to lay off Bowler for his goal and was alert to skip past his marker and tap home the chance Aaron Ramsey created for him to double City's lead.
Kion Etete had an unenviable task when he came on, to be fair, but Ugbo now looks nailed-on first choice up top, unless City make a signing in that department pronto.
Goals do strikers a world of good, too. There is no substitute for it. Getting off the mark will be huge for the former Chelsea man and Cardiff will hope that translates into a fruitful season for him.
He may have just disproved some doubters at the weekend.
