We desperately need a new centre half and centre midfielder. Sawyers and Colwill are not good enough cover in this league, and if McGuinness or Goutas get injured we are pretty much f****d in that department.

I think if Kieffer Moore becomes available, it will be towards the end of the window. Possibly even deadline day.

I still cannot see Moore coming as he still has a monetary value.

If he is surplus to requirement at AFCB they will cash in now and not loan out.

I’m fine with those as backup 10’s but the priority is having a solid 6. We really need someone who can help stabilise the middle, connect defence to attack - keeping Ramsey forward.

If you're talking about Tom Davies, he would be a permanent signing.

Was offered a new contract by Everton and he turned it down so is now a free agent.

Perhaps the player will be announced after the conclusion of tonight’s game.
