Defender shopping list!

So, although we were aware anyway, tonight has proved that without McGuiness and Goutas, the defence is a shambles!

Simpson and Benjamin just aren’t up to it when called upon.

Couple of free transfers available, thoughts?

Agree though I thought Simpson was ok

CB is already a priority for Bulut apparently so I expect we'll see one sign before the end of the month.

But I completely agree we need another player in that position. Wasn't there tonight but I've seen Benjamin for the U21s and he's nowhere near ready for the Championship - needs a loan where he can play proper games and not just academy games.

I think we also need RB to come into the starting 11, I just don’t think Ng is quite good enough for the role that Bulut wants. He was superb at CB last year though, so not sure how he struggles at RB most games.

I like NG but as centre back he did he’s suspect to a high ball at the far post imo.
