Erol Bulut on Colwill: ‘Rubin is a good player and a young player. He has to learn more things. I remember back to the first two or three weeks and how he was, to where he is now, he’s making good progress in those weeks . I hope he continues like this, to learn and he will get chances to show it.’

Watched the press conference and it's obvious Bulut rates him but says he has a lot to learn.

Bulut said when he first arrived, Colwill was running all over the pitch trying to do too much and he needs to learn to stick to his position on the pitch - which he is better at now.

Pleased that Bulut sees him as a number eight or number ten, that's his best position and not as a winger.

Big season for him. He has to push on and do well. He'll get his chance because he's part of Bulut's plans.
