Cardiff City Players told they can leave

Erol Bulut has told up to four Cardiff players that they can leave this summer.

The Bluebirds manager has signed six players, with two or three more imminent, meaning he will have to make room in the squad for them to be brought in.

And conversations have already taken place regarding the players departing this summer, with loans and permanent exits on the cards for some.

"I spoke with three or four players. Those three or four players know about the situation," he said when asked if players had been told if they can leave.

"Also, those players they know the situation. In the coming days, they will go on loan or permanently. Some outgoings are close."

Hope we keep Rhino; unless we’ve had an offer and / or he wants out.

Last night he alluded to Bagan going out on loan, so he'll be one.

I would say Bagan, Evans, Ojo and Benjamin.

Think we'll keep Tanner. He won't be a starter or even a substitute when everyone's fit but will be a back up.

I can also see J.Colwill be loaned to a conference team, we wrecked his brother, the lad needs to be playing men's football

We wrecked his brother? The brother who was probably the best player on the field last night that everything went through?
Do me a favour.

Unless a left back is coming in, I think that leaves us short if Bagan goes out on loan.

Genuinely, what should the club have differently so that RCs wasn’t ‘wrecked’?
Imo he’s had a couple of chances to show what he can do but other than the odd flash he’s not shown a great deal.

Agree, not the clubs fault. This is one of those freak situations, I am trying to remember the player that this happened to and near enough ended his career.

Players abilities are tied closely to their physical make up.

For example Tall players with great aerial prowess, whispy, fast wingers and physical midfielders.

Colwill had quality and then had a freakish growing spurt that made him a different person. His abilities were at odds with his new shape.

Mostly can be overcome but it has made great players average as they cannot adapt to the change that occured very quickly.

It's like when teenagers suddenly become clumsy 13 year old.

Vontae Campbell will be one who will be shipped out

Probably one of the worst players ever to sign for us

Wasn’t Ollie Tanner one as he’s stated he wants to stay and fight for a place

It was a simple overlap of information, which happens when news/info breaks and it is usual for the earliest thread to stay as the 'Sticky' but sometimes the responses to one over the other means it is more practical to keep the later one...

As 'moderators' we understand the situation and work together to get the latest, most accurate and informative information out to members; but it's not an exact science... ;)

Beyond that, I'm not too sure why it concerns you...? :?
