“He has everything that a top defender should have. He’s 22-years old, and I think in the following year or two, he will have so much more quality to him. He showed against Leeds how good he was, he played a great game. I hope he continues like this and to keep focusing on his targets, to be concentrated on every game, and if he carries on the way he is, he will be a top defender.
“He will have to take on more responsibility, and we will do that. On the field we have to have better communication, sometimes people will say he’s a young player, but it doesn’t matter on the field if you’re 22 or 32. With him being 22, he can and will take on a lot more responsibility.”

Sadly he will be gone next year.
