There is no reason that the firestick with iptv on it does not work on a samsung tv.
(Assuming you are using a firestick)
Restart your devices: Unplug the power cord from both the TV and Firestick, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug them back in.
Check the HDMI connection: Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV and Firestick. If the cable is loose, it may cause connectivity issues.
Update the software: Ensure that both your TV and Firestick are running the latest software. Go to Settings > System >
Software Updates on your Firestick and check for updates.
Change the HDMI port: Try connecting the Firestick to a different HDMI port on your TV to see if the current port is damaged.
Check the TV input: Make sure your TV is set to the correct input to receive the signal from the Firestick.

Thanks Roger.
I don't use a Firestick as my IPTV software is built it. I'll try it with a Firestick now.

There is an app on Samsung TV's called IBO TV Player. Its pretty basic but will run IPTV if your supplier supports it.
