Does anyone still do iptv on here.

Will probably use my android phone or windows. I have a samsung TV but don't think they allow iptv anymore

Would want us channels - as really getting into young sheldon

Would also want irish sports channels. Today is the womans gaelic football final and my friend Erin Sands is playing so would like to watch the final if I can

There is no reason that the firestick with iptv on it does not work on a samsung tv.
(Assuming you are using a firestick)

Restart your devices: Unplug the power cord from both the TV and Firestick, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug them back in.

Check the HDMI connection: Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV and Firestick. If the cable is loose, it may cause connectivity issues.

Update the software: Ensure that both your TV and Firestick are running the latest software. Go to Settings > System >

Software Updates on your Firestick and check for updates.

Change the HDMI port: Try connecting the Firestick to a different HDMI port on your TV to see if the current port is damaged.

Check the TV input: Make sure your TV is set to the correct input to receive the signal from the Firestick.

Thanks Roger.

I don't use a Firestick as my IPTV software is built it. I'll try it with a Firestick now.

Ian it will work fine with the firestick. If the samsung software is updated then that may fix it, but the firestick is the best way. It does seem that samsung have stopped the sostware using iptv

Just use Purple Player

Re: IPTV

Always use a firestick for your IPTV. You then have a mobile TV service then as you can plug it in wherever you are.

Make sure you let your provider know though so they know you aren’t trying to get multi room for price of one.

There is an app on Samsung TV's called IBO TV Player. Its pretty basic but will run IPTV if your supplier supports it.

I would definitely think about getting a firestick Chris. It means you get any app and then can hook up to wifi anywhere and watch.
