I've said this before but in 3 years since August 2020 we've suffered 32 home defeats in the league. We've changed managers, players and coaches, but this stat is absolutely dreadful. I was really hoping that this season would be different, but the first game indicates we may have the same old problem. Our away form has been pretty good, but to follow up a good point at Leeds with an abysmal home defeat against one of the favourites to go down is inacceptable and needs to be sorted.
No need to panic after 2 games of course, but this home form is a big problem.
