We Should have the best acadamy in Wales and the west country but when lunatics have taken over the asylum nothing should shock. Clubs in deep shit from top to bottom

We probably do, but it is a long term project going way beyond and beneath u21 level.
The new facilities in Llanrumney are superb , catering for Academy pupils from the age of 8 up to u18 (the u21s train elsewhere with the first team squad). Already , and before its official opening next month, it is attracting young players from areas like Swansea and Bristol where we used to lose promising young lads to those areas in the past.
It is hard to have patience to allow the system to bear fruit (as a fan I get impatient as well) but we really should try to,
