I thought there was demand for him?
Wonder if he might get a chance to come back under the new regime?

Why would we give him a second chance? We owe nothing to a player who refused to do his job.
Not surprised he has no club.

That's harsh...
He was fighting to get fit whilst trying to get into the first team but Darren Purse wanted to ship him out to Pontypridd United in tbe Welsh League...
Be honest with me here do you genuinely think the Welsh League is best for his progress towards being a Championship (or higher) and as a player would you drop to that level when you know you have options...?
News on Lennon's new club will be posted soon and it won't be in the Welsh League (Premier or other)

Sometimes the truth is harsh.
Bit optimistic. First team. There's nothing I saw that justified an immediate place in the first team. As said before, he still hasn't played a game of men's football.
I can point to Evans and Tanner as success stories, send to National League clubs to play men's football as first stage in development. Did well. Head down. Improved. Done well so far this season! Either going to play first team with us or get a next step EFL loan.
This is the clubs development plan for our young players. Of course it won't work for all. But at least buy in to it (we pay your wages after all)! If it works for one every year that's a success for me!
I look forward to hearing of his success and I wish him luck. But football is a cutthroat world and it takes a certain attitude to succeed.

I asked Lennons Dad last night:
Morning mate another poor result for your U21’s , after Cardiff we saw his surgeon for a catch up and scan, done scar tissue had built back up again on his Pattella so we decided to have it cleaned out, so a little bit behind on pre season he has an offer from 2 league 1 clubs subject to Medicals and been into a couple of champ clubs over the last 2 weeks, There is a club 15 mins from us have also offered and good money too for what they are but just weighing up what to do, he needs mens football and needs some proper games and minutes I will keep u posted.

Harsh truth here is the lad is not going far as his talent should take him due to recurring injury.
All the best lad.

Im glad city gave him some time last season, but it's probably right he moved on as he is still some way off first team football at championship level, due to his long term injury.
He showed signs of quality in the u21s so I hope he finds a league 1 or 2 team and builds up his fitness and playing time. He is a very talented lad so good luck to him, he needs a bit of luck.

All the best lad.
Sadly Jules,
I think your right, his injury was severe beyond.
But hopefully he never gives up.

Probably right we didn’t add him to the injured list then.
