City fans at the Q and A last night , and I asked Errol from the floor what he would do if Tan rang him during the game and wanted him to change things.

He said, “I never have a phone with me during the game, and 2 if he wanted me to change things, he could look for a new manager. “

Good to see some balance

Fair play, a straight answer to a straight question.

I thought Erol came across really well last night, he appears comfortable talking to either a group of fans, or in front of a camera. He's clearly a man of principles and has a great sense of humour.

Early days of course,however, I came away feeling we have a balanced headed manager, something that's been missing since the early Malky days

Watch happens after they are sacked , the truth comes out.

Came across really well, clearly knows what he wants but had a decent sense of humour. Feeling positive about the future, it will take time but we will improve with him at the club.

Always get the feeling that when the club do seem to start steadying the boat someone will always throw negativity in to rock it again.
