The Gaffer took some time to explain some of the demons the player is currently facing trying to get back to his former playing self. As bulut had the same injury as a player himself he knows first hand what it takes to come back.JC is still a bit worried about going into contact at the moment and the gaffer said to him " just close your eyes and get in there and you will see it will be alright " or words close to that effect. Priceless

Oh, and I should have said it's between O'Dowda and Collins for the left back berth as there are no plans to bring in anyone in that position.

JC does look a bit tentative in the tackle which is understandable. He’ll be fine though I’m sure. Great advice from the manager

Chuck him in, he will swim. O’Dowda does a job there, but he’s a winger. He shouldn’t be at left back.
