Does anyone know who our scouting team is these days and who has found the players we have signed so far?

Bulut of course has the connections with the Turkish league, and I presume he has brought a full scouting team in with him

Brought in a new striker on a season long long loan today; one Rúnar Alex Rúnarsson from the Arsenal with a permanent deal on offer, if he scores a pre-agreed number of Championship goals...

I'd imagine we are using some of Bulut's old scouting networks also, to try and use his experience and get some value as we are in a difficult position with the the embargo.
