Darren Purses team fail yet again, but this time he at least gets a draw.

But City were in the lead from the start and in the 90th min.



Purse has a good U21 side here and it’s not being messed with by Erol Bulut as he is happy for them to stay there this season unless there is someone who really stands out.

Ashford and Colwill are very good

Tanner played well.

A draw 3-3 was fair.

I'm not saying anything the u21 is a development team , some players develop later than some , Moore and vardy are examples of non league players making it late . I wonder if they win today you will put your normal negative spin on purses team ? .

He is, I’ve been watching Ashford all last season let’s hope Purse don’t ruin him.

I watched the game not sure annis did but it definitely wasnt all Sheffield Wednesday, Good performance city played with 10 men for a large part of the game, Ashford , colwil and Tanner look a cut above the rest tho .

As a regular Championship player in the last 12 years?

Correct we are suppose to be a development team in to making some good Championship players.


When we were winning under Steve Morison we were all raving including myself, Wins are healthy.

I felt we was the better team football wise. And not even close. The problem in that team is defensively, they aren't good.
Beechley (think was his name, got sent off. But looks a handy player) Ashford, colwill, zimba and tanner was very good today.

what is with city and bad defending lately ? going forward class but at the back terrible. not too sure about that red card either he must of said something bad to get another yellow i feel it cost the u21s. again for me purse has to go he aint got a clue loved him as a player as a coach he just havent got what it takes to get the young ones going
