TICKET ALLOCATION AWAY GAMES

Mon Aug 21, 2023 9:26 am

Can something be done about this or is this how its going to remain 2,000 and thats it if we cannot secure the 3,000 etc
not everone is a season ticket holder but a club member but its getting difficult to purchase an away ticket cannot all clubs do away tickets in 500 batches as opposed to 1,000 as in the case of the last 2 aways at leeds and leicster we could have had 3,000 but only picked up 2,000 due to worries about not been able to sell all 3,000.

There were a few arrests of our fans on Saturday, mostly drug related I think. When I was walking into the stadium there was even a tannoy announcement telling our fans not to try and bring drugs into the stadium. I hope something like that from a few people doesn't impact on how much of an allocation clubs will give us in the future.

Would also say that Leeds and Leicester are popular away games, so likely to have good away support. Club should have originally asked for more tickets for those games, they would have sold.

Will be interesting to see how many will go to Ipswich which is less attractive. I think the club will see what the following is at Ipswich before deciding whether they should ask for more in the future.

Can't go to Ipswich due to train strikes but I am planning on going to Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Blackburn all being well. Would be great to see good support for all away games this season.

Any idea when Birmingham details will be announced?

It's not really rocket science is it. Traditionally places like Ipswich, Boro, Sunderland attract less interest than any London club, Midland clubs for example. Relegated sides were always going to be an attractive away day, especially so early on in the season.

As fans we know which games should be full allocation take up by the club.

Our club is letting the fans down if they can't see the same as we can

I could noy get tickets for both away no problem last season
Yes ipswich is same as norwich so would not exspect 3,000 to travel but surely someone from supporters club should liaise with the club on allocations

Also noticed away subsidy of £2 this season? I'm sure that was just the one last season? The Bristol City tax!

there's no point really, as we only sold out about 4 away games last year.
