Cardiff boss Erol Bulut says he wants more from his wide players following their late win over Sheffield Wednesday.
Bulut says the first half against the Owls he did not see enough from his wingers and changed things up at half-time, which resulted in an improvement.
Asked about what changed after the midway turnaround:
Erol Bulut:
"The first half was not really how we want to play. The opponent played also with five at the back, the previous games there was four at the back. In the second half we change our system to 4-3-3 with Rallsy (Joe Ralls) more up. We changed our game to how we want to manage it and the second half was better than the first half.
"When we saw how the opponent was playing in the first half we didn't manage it well. So because there was direct balls and they tried to run behind the defence so our centre backs and centre midfielders had a lot of work to take.
"I expect more from our wingers, in the first half it was not what we expect from them. So in the dressing room we spoke about that and the second half was better. They worked more, made more runs behind the defence.
"We expect that we not only pass the ball on your feet, as this is easy for the opposition defence. We have to make more runs behind the defence."
