Alnwick has had a very good start to the season and rightly been starting league games.

But after last night I'm even more sure that Runarsson will eventually be our number one.

Great save from the free kick, looked certain to be a goal.

But the key point is his distribution is fantastic. Very good with the ball at his feet and at throwing the ball. At one point he set up an attack by throwing it to Ng on the halfway line.

One of the things that really impressed me about Runarsson was his much he was focused on what was going on. Moment he saw Cardiff players getting involved after red card foul - he moved them all away to stop them getting booked. Quick thinking and I liked that

He looked good but it’s Alwnicks shirt for now. Would be a travesty to drop him after the strong start he’s made

I’ve only seen the goals as I’m away at the moment but I think you could be right.
Healthy if they’re both similar and competing for the same no. 1 slot.

He was beaten towards his near post with the ball slotted between his legs I think.

Alwnick has earned the shirt but great to have 2 keepers pressuring each other for the shirt

to be fair i thought Alnwick was superb against Sheff Wed, pulled out some top saves, Bannans goal was class and no one was saving that. he stays number 1 for me
