Deal sheets after 11pm

Normally the club put out a statement on twitter etc that the transfer business is done not so far tonight , could a deal sheet be in got 1 to 2 hours to complete the deal .or is it wishful thinking on my part ? .

A deal sheet can be requested from 9pm on transfer deadline day and must show that an agreement has been reached between the two clubs and provide information on the potential deal, such as the player involved and the fee agreed between the two clubs.

It must be submitted by 11pm and if filed successfully buys an extra two hours.

Deal sheets are only available to Premier League sides, so Leeds United would not be able to utilise one if they are looking to secure any late, late business.
