Sitting back

Why.? Does signing Panzo and the new keeper mean they have to play? Alnwick has played well and Adams was a natural replacement for Ralls. Why sit back? If you are up at the other end the can’t score. Setting up 5 at the back sets the tone and the opposition know they just need to press forward. Utterly ridiculous

I'm pretty certain our players are nowhere near fit enough to play a pressing game although it seems that would not be the manager's approach even if they were.

Absolutely agree not necessarily with fitness but why did we sit back on a 2 goal lead we sat back against Wednesday and Leeds and look what happened clearly lessons haven’t been learnt

Did exactly the same at Leeds, whose defence was in trouble every time we broke in the first half. We dropped 10 -15 yards deeper in the second half and paid the price. He has built a good side which has real promise but he seems to make too many unnecessary substitutions when we are in control.
