The Championship this season is wide open, everyone can beat anyone.

It’s all nonsense that Leicester, Leeds, Southampton are far better than other clubs.

Clubs are all beating each other:

Fair play. That is one crazy set of results, from 1st to last.

Just shows that the teams we have played so far are there to be beaten.

Annis, we were beating most teams soundly until defensive minded substitutions were made. And we lost to QPR because we were set up too cautiously.
Hope he starts having more belief in his squad and letting them rip for a whole game. And not feel obliged to give game time to his own signings. That will affect moral big style over time. Alnwick should have started yesterday and Runnarson made to earn the start. That’s healthy competition instead of favouritism.

I agree with you but it may not be favourotism but that some of the loan players were loaned only if they played.

I know what you mean. But if we’re “forced” to play loan players,it means team selection is out of Bulut’s hands. I can’t believe that to be the full case.
I also appreciate we are going into an international break and the desire to get players game time ahead of that (and the derby) but the overriding club requirement is for the result. And at the moment I see Buluts decision making as the reason we lost.
I desperately want him to succeed but I also hate, with a passion, playing too conservatively.
I also see comments on “he’s had to recruit without any funds” as being justification for the result. That comment is a load of b*ll*x as the squad is a very good one, regardless of costing nil on transfer fees.
For me. He’s put a side out (regardless of cost) gone 2-0 up, and spunked it (again) with a change in tactics. He needs to own that before he digs himself into a very deep hole.
But that’s yesterday, rant over and on to the next game.
We have a decent squad and an overall decent manager.

No Easy Games In The Championship ;)

Very early days and the league hasn't taken shape yet. I don't expect Preston to win the league and I don't expect Middlesbrough to get relegated.

Which is why I'm not worried at all about us struggling again, actually encouraged by the way we're playing.

Would expect that after 12 games there will be a lot more shape to the table and we can see who's doing well and who isn't then.
