About our players at 20, 21,22 and 23 to young and need more games out on loan, BULL SHIT, I keep saying time and time again.
SUNDERLAND 5 Ex Premier Team SOUTHAMPTON 0
Sunderland how young they were yesterday while smashing Southampton. Average age of team 22 and 16 year old scoring.

The academy has been underwhelming for a while and certain reporters have made out we have a few stars amongst our ranks. But no one goes on about the academy more than you, youre the only one who "keeps going on". None of us are overly pleased about how the academy has performed over the last decade but your like a dog with a bone.

I go on, because I believe and will always believe the Academy can be a big part of our future and I love home grown players coming through.
Yes they don’t talk about it now because it’s failing badly and they have bullshitted us for years. I won’t let it go because I was savaged for not bribing we had incredible stars coming though 3 yrs ago.
If you don’t agree that’s your view.
If you don’t like me going on about it, put me on ignore, very similar.

Have to agree - academy been totally underwhelming for years and this needs to change and be the lifeblood of our clubs future.
Compare us to the Jacks, Worzels, Norwich City, Southampton - no comparison. WTF is going wrong with it!?

I've always said that if you're good enough you're old enough.
There are countless players between the ages of 16 and 23 doing well for their clubs in this league.
But our's from the academy are just simply not good enough.
Rubin Colwill the only one who has come into the first team who has the potential, but this is the season for him to finally make it. To be fair he was good on Tuesday and played alright when he came on yesterday.
There's a reason we have loaned out some of our younger players, because they are not good enough for this league. Wanted to loan out a couple of others too but the players didn't want to go for some reason.

Absolutely Spot on Ned.
And I get fed up hearing we are sending them out for more experience every season and yet NO one returns to make it.

Thank you.
It’s a serious situation and needs to be addressed.
