I'd say very politicised. It may appeal to some sectors of the fan base. But it's highly divisive to others. Politics should be kept out of it if the wfa want us all pulling together

Why does it matter whether it's a friendly or not.
Surely people know that the Welsh National team have to play friendlies. If there isn't any income going into the Welsh FA the whole structure will collapse.
Page doesn't have to play his strongest team, he knows that but it does give young children the opportunity to watch an International match in a half empty stadium and be hooked on being Future Welsh fans. Nobody is worried about the result,look at the positives. Page knows exactly what he's doing forFFs.
