Referee should be removed from FIFA list

Watching the game in Latvia, it was obvious that Latvia went on the pitch with orders to kick the Welsh team off the park. Watching the referee, he allowed so many iffy challenges to go un punished from a very early stage and ended up with 6 yellow cards against Latvia. The foul on James was nothing short of a leg breaker and when he was told to go to the VAR monitor he bottled the decision to send the Latvian player off.

It was a totally inept performance throughout by this referee and should be removed from the FIFA list immediately
