MY VIEW / OPINION: AFTER 4 DEFEATS IN A ROW YES YES YES CARDIFF BATTERED SWANSEA ON THE PITCH

CARDIFF FINALLY WANTED IT AND YES WE DESERVED OUR VICTORY WITHOUT A DOUBT.

Cardiff controlled the second half and what they deserved 3pts.

3pts and this is the start, Bluebirds

Super Ramsey / Ollie Tanner

FIRST-HALF: Dire , one shot on target by Cardiff, none by Swansea but they had 3 shots over all to Cardiff’s.
No excitement.

After 25mins: Swansea were pressing more and imposing themselves, better team so far, then Cardiff for a solid 8 mins we’re in Swansea’s half but the final ball was missing.

SECOND-HALF: 46mins: Beautiful shot by Meite and finger tipped saved.

By the 60th min all 3 shots on target were all Cardiff’s.

70th Min Ollie Tanner comes on and with in seconds scores 1nil.

It was all Cardiff 5 shots to zero.

And yes a Ransey penalty 2nil.

Cardiff were 100% in control.

I'm still at the ground. But we dominated them from the start to finish. Best performance from us I've seen in ages. Swansea were pants.

Swansea were that indeed. Relegation fight for them this season.

Game winning impact. When it mattered. Legend.

First touch goal Tanner-its fantasy football stuff
Ramsey was phenomenal
They were all quality and wanted it :bluescarf:
Jacks were awful and in big trouble

What a performance, thoroughly deserved. Thought JC, Siopis, Rambo and Meite were immense - seems unfair to single them out though.

Ollie Tanner, take a bow :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

Have to say, Grant wasn’t the best player on the pitch but that was by far his best performance for us so far

At last. What an outstanding performance. Ollie Tanner won that game and I take everything back about him. He is a premier league player in the making. Ramsey also purred with class but my man of the match was Siopsis. Absolute incredible work rate. So happy for Bulut too. It's been a difficult start but he deserves that as he got his tactics and man management spot on. What a night.

Well done Ollie Tanner.. Siopsis MOM for me, broke down nearly everything they tried to do, which gives the space for Rambo and Tanner.

Excellent across the pitch but Rambo class above ….thoroughly deserved to win.
Could and should have been more comfortable but more than happy with 2-0.
Just hope Swansea don’t panic and sack Duff …lol…taking em to League 1

To think, some of their fans thinking matt grimes and Jay fulton was going to tear our defences apart.

I was a skeptic but glad to be proven wrong. Win and clean sheet! Excellent stuff!

It feels good, what a player Tanner is, we have got something special here now with this Cardiff team.

Trying to be subjective, I saw nothing from the Jacks that made me think they'll have a decent season and for the first time in several seasons, I was unimpressed with their usual fast, slick passing game from box to box...

I thought we edged tge first half but the Bluebirds were all over them from the off in the second half and Ollie Tanner's introduction proved to be an immdiate game-changer with that fantastic run and goal. It would not have looked out of place in the Premier League...!

A very satisying evening and a certain monkey (or was it swan) off our backs. The momentum is now wuth us and I feel Erol Bulut is finally having the impact we hoped he might...

Time to get off his back (the vocal few that is) and get behind him, his team and the club itself...

I see brighter days ahead and I am sure the 28500 (minus bitter Jacks) will be there on Tuesday night to watch us play Coventry City... ;) :ayatollah:

I honestly thought the jacks would have made more of a fist of it. They were woeful. They sat back. Barely took us on. Especially in the first half, mcguinness and Goutas had all day to do what they wanted with the ball. I’d be pretty peeved if we had produced that lack of effort.

What a turn around for us. We dominated from start to finish. Cagey first half but we never looked under pressure. The going for the jugular with Tanner. Bulut is doing something great. Long may it continue.

They are dreadful. If Tanner and Robinson had started it would've been more.

That's the only downer I have from last night and that being the Jacks were awful. If they played just a fraction of what they have played against us over the seasons then yes I would give us 110%. Even so you can only play against what is put against you and that performance was a bigger steamroller than that game when Bellamy got that winner at the Liberty or whatever it is called today.

Its still a few more games before I make my judgement call on this squad. All I'll say for now is my judgement is aiming to be a lot more positive than what I thought it would be. I see us being ok atm but a relegation fight for the Jacks.

I'd be massively surprised if we get anywhere near 28k on Tuesday and the one game a season crowd turn back up. I expect it to be around the 20k mark. Would be nice if we can pick up a few more regulars after last night's game though. The atmosphere was awesome.

I personally think anything above 19k would be good. It’s a school night so I’d imagine the family stand will be pretty empty

Guys, my comment was not without some sarcasm, as we know too well a lot of those who turned up just to spend 908 minutes facing the Jacks won't be there on Tuesday.... ;) :ayatollah:
