FIRST-HALF: A great start with an early goal by Goutas, quality passing, solid defence and looked good upfront for the first 34mins.
Ugbo missed several good chances and in the 35th min Coventry City scored, totally against the run of play.
Cardiff were the better team.



SECOND-HALF: The first 15mins both sides were cancelling each other out. 61st min Grant scored his first goal for Cardiff.

Excellent, great win. Good for goutas and grant. Hopefully confidence boosters for them!

Some great play tonight , all over them most parts of the game , started holding back at 3-1 letting them come on to us , very nervy ending but bulut is doing a great job with this team and it’s starting show , patience was needed .

Another good win, keeps us going in the right direction. When you look at the table it makes those injury time goals against Leeds and Leicester even more gut renching…

Very positive result and confidence building. Let's get those injured wingers back because our strength in depth is looking much better.

Word of caution; we have to work on tightening up defensively - conceding rather too many soft goals IMO
