Gillingham have decided to sack manager Neil Harris.

Harris joined the Gills in January 2022 but he was unable to save the club from relegation, losing their League 1 status on goal difference. Following the Galinson takeover the Gills had been expected to fight for promotion this season and started well, before dropping to eighth after defeat on Tuesday at Crewe.

Gillingham are level on points for the play-offs.
