Josh Bowler on his injury lay-off:
Programme cover star Josh Bowler has been out for weeks, but will be back in contention for today's visit of Watford. He said in the Bluebirds' programme: "I'm feeling great and building up my fitness. The process of recovery was a bit longer than we first expected; you know how injuries are, sometimes there are setbacks. It's frustrating, but that's football.
JOSH BOWLER:
"You're always at risk of injuries. You see much worse injuries in football, so even though I was out for five or six games, it's not too long - just long enough to make me really miss it. I'm definitely raring to go and get back playing for the team.
"It was also good for me to watch a few games from the sidelines. I had only played three games with the team, so it gave me the opportunity to learn more about how we play. It's frustrating that i had to miss a few games but I feel really good now and it's good to be back playing."
