Where did their song come from ?

I noticed their fans belting out a song as if its "Abide with me" in the norf London derby and i just heard it when they beat Citeh.

Any idea what it is and have they always sang it or is it a corporate thing to give them an identity?

Cheers hotwings, never heard it until this season

Watched the game on Sky, I'd also never noticed their fans singing that song. Certainly didn't when we went there in the PL, so the answer above explains that.

Unfortunately it was more entertaining than the football, which was one of the worst games you'll see all season after the big build up from Sky!
