“ EROL BULUT TODAY UPDATES CARDIFF CITY FANS “
Thursday 19th October 2023
Erol Bulut says two players will not start for Cardiff City unless they change as he plans meeting with Callum Robinson.
Both Callum Robinson & Rubin Colwill have been singled out and need to change before Erol Bulut will start them in a game.
Neither of them have started a game this season.
Erol Bulut:
“I have no new injuries and a few players back.”
“ Everyone is ready and no tiredness, been a good break.”
"Everybody had a good few days to rest, also mentally, and to be fresh."
Bulut takes his Bluebirds to Blackburn away with Jamilu Collins and Callum Robinson now fully fit.
Cardiff need to get back on track after 2 defeats and 1 draw in their last 3 matches.
City will be looking for revenge after their 5-2 mauling away at Blackburn in September ( Cup).
EROL BULUT:
Timescales for Aaron and O'Dowda?
For Callum… it can be long. It can be the end of December. Aaron can be earlier. I hope. It looks like it can be earlier. Our medical department is working well.

What about since being back?
Everyone had a good few days to rest, also mentally to rest, refresh. So we could see in training that they enjoyed their free days. They came back well and the tempo was good. I am satisfied. I hope we can put what we worked on into practice on Saturday on the field.

Previous Blackburn game…
It was a cup game, we changed the system because of the players we had in our hands. We rotated a lot and had young players with us. For sure, Saturday will be a different game.

Ramsey is slowly coming back.
Encouraging!
Of course! We have a squad of 25, if we miss some players from the main XI or squad then we have to handle it. That’s why the coming weeks will be tough. We have to manage it well until January. Then in January we can make some movements.

How was the break, switch off?
I never switch off! But I try. I had a few days with my family in Istanbul, so it was good to see them.
