Quite happy, for a foreign coach he seems very practical, a bit similar to Warnock.

I like him and with a transfer window or 2 I think we could be a very good team under him. We just need to give him time.
We play more attractive football and pass it around a lot more. We keep possession of the ball better. I like the fact that he demands a high level of work ethic (you won't win anything without that). I think the greek guys he's bought in are excellent signings. He's defo getting a tune out of Tanner. I generally agree with everything he says, he talks sense.
There are some negatives though which make me question whether we'll ever be successful under him. We pass it out from the back a little too much for my fancy. I don't like that we never seem to play anyone in the pocket (other than Ramsey when fit). His subs are questionable, sometimes makes them for the sake of it, even when we are in control. He also places way to much reliance on Ugbo - just can't understand what he sees in him.
Overall, reasonably happy and I'd give him 7/10 so far.

Very pleased with how he's doing and how he conducts himself.
We are in a much better position than I thought we would be. I expected us to be in the bottom six for most of the season but now I see what he's doing for the team I believe we have a chance of a high midtable finish, maybe just inside the top half.
I would have been delighted with a mid table finish before the season started.
I think he's still learning about the league which is understandable.
He has embraced the club and the area, it's his idea for him to go out and meet fans.
Has to be remembered that we couldn't spend a single fee in the summer, so for us to be two points off the play-offs after 12 games is almost remarkable.
So I'm very happy with how he's doing.
