Really top guy, openly talks about what the club are trying to achieve.

The guy has real pedigree and vision. Without disclosing too much, I get the feeling January will be interesting.

He and Bulut know EXACTLY what they have and EXACTLY what they need.

What ill say is that he was very keen to point out that he and Erol 'Were not tourists here' and that that they have 'a very serious plan for the club'

I have to say that yes, you are right, my mood has lifted as it is clear that there has been a significant shift change in the clubs approach and policy in making the club competitive.

We have heard no sight or sign of the Dictator and that can only be a good sign. I dont know the club dealings, but talk on this board has been that Dalman now has more control and more input.

I really believe we now have a management team unlike any other that we have had in the last 4 or 5 years (Warnock included, and I was a big supporter of Neil). Our current team wont suffer fools, and they have the balls not to be bullied by owners.

I can now say, that under this ownership the buck stops with Bulut and his team, whereas over the years previous managers could have rightly pointed out that the buck actually stopped with the ownership due to us being such a circus.

Yes, I'm much happier. I hate losing, but I now go into games really thinking we can take something from any game in which we play. If we lose we lose, its still onward and upward with our current management team.
