Colwil should be loaned out ,

I think there's a player in there but I feel a decent loan where he's playing week in week out would do him wonders.

Absolute 100% agreement

I agree, he needs to leave either on loan or permanently. Would prefer it if it was on loan.

We keep on saying there's a player in there and he keeps on disappointing.

I thought he was really poor when he came on at Blackburn, but accept that the fact he's not playing regularly could be a factor in that.

He has shown potential for a while but hasn't fulfilled it.

The way Bulut is talking, I think there will be a few signings in January. That will then leave space for Colwill to leave on loan.

Who knows, he could have a good second half of the season with a League One club and come back much better prepared to play for us next season.

Wintle and McGuinness both had successful short term loans in League One and came back much better players.

I personally believe that RC has the ability to be a very good player but the question is are we, or am I, basing my opinion on the sort of players that we have had over the last few years.

The thing is, when the "Bulut Train" arrived, the standard of players went up around two levels. And In January I anticipate it will go up another few levels.

A side is only as strong as its weakest player.

Last season you could pick any position. Now, I would say it is a striker. In January, after a good transfer window, we could find our weakest link was a regular last season

As a club we are moving forward quickly and every player either improves or will be replaced

Yup got to agree. Rubin is a luxury player who can make things happen and create opportunities. However, in this team that’s not enough he has to do the hard graft as well and unfortunately he’s just not doing that at
present

Ramsey is exactly the same type of player but he puts a shift in every game. His tackling is atrocious but just by harassing and closing down opponents he is doing his job defensively and that makes a big difference in any team

I think this really does show how far we have come under the "Bulut Train" we are actually discussing potentially decent players not good enough for CCFC and that encourages me a lot and gives me every belief that, at some point in the next five years, we will be a Premier League team again.
