Gareth Ainsworth has departed with immediate effect.

We’d like to thank Gareth for his commitment, desire, passion and professionalism.

QPR set to approach Neil Warnock after Gareth Ainsworth sacked as head coach following 2-1 home defeat to Leicester

QPR look set to approach Neil Warnock to replace Gareth Ainsworth; Ainsworth was sacked on Saturday with Rangers 23rd in the Championship having lost 10 of their 14 games so far this season; Ainsworth was appointed as head coach in February after more than a decade at Wycombe

Sky Sports News understands QPR are expected to approach Neil Warnock to take over from Gareth Ainsworth, who was sacked as head coach early on Saturday evening.

Ainsworth departed the club after they were beaten 2-1 at home by leaders Leicester.

Warnock managed QPR for nearly two years between 2010 and 2012 and led them to promotion to the Premier League in his first full season.

I was hoping he’d take the Millwall job. They’d love him.

Michael Beale is Queen's Park Rangers 'saviour' in waiting as door opens to controversial second coming

QPR sacked Beale's replacement on Saturday night and fans reckon it might just be his chance for redemption.

Michael Beale could return to Queen's Park Rangers after the Loftus Road side sacked manager Gareth Ainsworth - and social media is ablaze with chatter of a controversial second coming.

Beale left QPR for Rangers last year just weeks after knocking Wolves back and professing his loyalty to the club. His spell in Glasgow didn't go to plan though as he lasted less than a year out on his own, in the Ibrox hotseat, failing to emulate his former boss Steven Gerrard and bring any silverware to the club.

For me - Warnock and Beale were always going to be the front runners - Many more names will be linked ...
More than happy with our manager ;) :bluebird:
