Sabri Lamouchi lined up for return
Former Cardiff City managers Neil Warnock and Sabri Lamouchi are reportedly in the frame to take over from ex-Bluebirds player Gareth Ainsworth at QPR.
Ainsworth was relieved of his duties as manager of the west London club, who are 23rd in the table after a dismal start to the campaign. And it appears some familiar names to Cardiff fans are in the mix to take the hotseat.
TalkSPORT report that Lamouchi, who has been out of work since Cardiff decided not to offer him a new contract in the summer, has held talks with QPR over the vacant position. Similarly, they suggest Neil Warnock is "very keen" to return to Loftus Road, where he steered the club to Premier League promotion more than a decade ago.
