We have won 1549 league games.
You're correct that Preston have 1999, but they've also played more games than anyone else - with 5158 games. We have played 4182 games across what is now the Premier League and the EFL.
Preston are one of only eight teams to have played over 5000 league games. The others are Burnley (5074), Wolves (5054), Derby (5052), Bolton (5030), West Brom (5015), Blackburn (5008) and Notts County (5002). Sheffield United (4992) and Sheffield Wednesday (4972) will join them later this season.
Manchester United have the most league wins, with 2299.
