A forum for all things Cardiff City

Karlan Grant has been a pivotal figure under manager Erol Bulut this season, featuring in all 14 of Cardiff's Championship matches so far.
The 26-year-old started just 18 league matches throughout the entirety of the 2022-23 season with West Brom.
"I wanted to play games," Grant said of his loan switch to the Cardiff City Stadium.
"I'm not one of those players that wants to just sit around and wait out my contract.
"I wanted to come here, play, prove myself and I've definitely got more to come."
“I’ve not heard a word from my club Albion since I came in loan to Cardiff.”
“We can only see what happens at the end of the season.”

Annis, I think Grant should be signed, he is showing why they paid a lot of money for him, I think it was £8m.
I think wb will want to get a lot of that back so I do not think we would pay anything over £2m. Who knows?
It is going to be an interesting widow next season.

Loking at wol they are saying that he went for £15m not £8m and he signed 3 years ago so at the end of his loan he will still have 2 years left on his contract if Bulut wants him then I think we will buy him, it depends on what fee WBA want!

I think Wol are essentially right I think Rog.Signed for 15m but for us to be interested they would have to seriously cut their losses.Looking on their forum a couple of months ago he's not that popular with the locals and apparently their manager wants him gone.Personally I don't think he's worth 15m and WBA have been known for spunking money for players(thinking of Ken

)so there's always a chance of them writing him off. I just hope some other club won't come in and offer more than we could afford.
