This is the man to nurture the new flock of Bluebirds through.

Born in Cardiff, a highly-qualified coach who did a quite remarkable job unearthing millions of pounds of soccer talent at Swansea City.
Dump Purse and that guy we plucked from the heights of Barry Town....
Thank nice again it looks like a lot of talent in the Cardiff City U21’s, last time we wasted virtually the lot under Purses guidance.
Rubin Colwill is finally coming through but thanks to Bulut putting him under his wings.
We need a proper quality manager / coach for the U21’s.

Could not agree more, he would be of great benefit to the u21s, watched the game yesterday and thought there is some untapped talent in that team, not just because they won, but you could see the potential in quite a few of the players, but it was plain to see they lacked that extra bit of coaching they need, I liked Darren as a player but he does not impress me as a coach, with the way his team plays.

Very logical, I think we need a reboot and by all accounts he's quality
