Managers come and go but.......

The football world is full of managers who have a very short shelf life, just look at the current championship campaign we are 15 matches into the season and 8 managers have been sacked. City were in that crazy situation last year when we were changing managers at a crazy rate. So have we found an absolute gem in Bullet, lets look at the situation.
1. The actions of the club in the Summer and in particular Dalman went out and reached outside the UK to eventually bring EB in, he appears to understand what makes a club successful, and is a great communicator.
2. For the first time in many years the entire club is pulling together and has a plan in place to work towards being a success.
3. Its recruitment of players in the Summer was totally off the scale and given the fact that we were under transfer embargo an even more remarkable feat.
4. The pathway for players with potential is being managed with care and it is anticipated that there is a clear pathway for those youngsters with the ability to be the best way.
5. The Club has recognised that there were a number of sub-standard players in the first team which resulted in the position were were in from last season, they have gone. On the flip side of this the players that have got a contribution to make are being rewarded with contracts which is contributing to the great turnaround in the club.
6. EB does not do bullshit in how he goes about his job.
7. The club seams to be totally backing the manager to give him the confidence to build this club.
8. The club has finally tried to more beyond the Sala situation which has hung over the club for the last 4 years
All this in 154 short days
So without a doubt I believe that we are blessed with a team, a club, a manager and a set of fans that can enjoy the ride with the same jockey for some time to come. He is certainly a Turkish Delight
