Erol Bulut angriest he's been at players
Erol Bulut said he was the angriest he has been at his players after the defeat by Norwich on Saturday afternoon.
City threw away a 2-1 lead and were hit with two goals - a Ryan Wintle own goal and an Adam Idah strike - late on, to hand under-pressure Canaries boss David Wagner an unlikely win from nowhere. Bulut spoke after the game to say he had been left disappointed by the lack of impact his substitutes made, but, in an interview with the BBC, said it's the first time he's had to get nasty with the player.
Asked if he had told the players off in the dressing room after the match, Bulut paused and said: "A little bit."
When asked if it's the first time he had been angry with them, he added: "Yes. Because we have worked really hard to be here and we cannot give these points away so easily. This makes me crazy. They have to understand it can't be like this. They have to understand that we can lose, that is not a problem, an opponent can be stronger than us, but not like this. The last 25 minutes, we cannot give to our fans."
